Celebrating My First Solo – 1 Year Later

In honor of my 1 year anniversary since my first solo flight, I’m beginning a new blog to highlight my adventures as a pilot. It’s been an amazing year since my solo flight, and I’m still amazed that I’m so fortunate to be able to fly on a regular basis. Since returning to California after completing my pilot training, I’ve flown over 30 hrs exploring the beautiful SF Bay Area and the California Central Coast. During the next few posts, I plan to highlight some of my adventures over the last year, such as my first flight in the Bay Area airspace and trust me…it’s a lil nutz…takes a while to get adjusted. I’ll also highlight some fun I’ve had in sharing the skies with friends and pilots-to-be.
